Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or events outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. For orders shipped outside our home country, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities.
No Cancellations Once Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or redirected. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for parcels undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
